Lexus 3D modeling of the movie Minority Report (Part Six – final)
Until finally it was just, I’m sure it takes longer than expected (by me) but I finally have the end result. Then a couple of pictures and video posted on Youtube.

After the modeling phase, now start with the texturing stage, and if take long to finish this nightmare car is because I am busy with my speech classes and guitar.
Besides that I’m finishing the script and the storyboard of my first short film I’ll start (pre-production: character design, texturing, scenes, animation) obligatorily in November.
And if I add that self-education film I’m trying to digest and assimilate in record time, believe me the time I have to finish this Lexus is minimal but that we finished it I FINISHED IT, make no mistake, and if I believe that’s the image.
After nearly two weeks of leave must return with the penultimate delivery of the Lexus that both headache is giving me. It is impossible to walk with so many things on his mind, so many plans, so many ideas, and adding to this the need to finally finish a job that is simpler. This Lexus is one of them. Allow frozen the culmination of that at least half weeks. I am human and sometimes I get bored.
And since I’m bored I will show 3 pictures of nearly final finishing process:
I will not give the impression of no progress with the project mentioned, what happens is that I have not posted regularly. In this regard I have to put 10 images with the progress of this project which is nearing completion.
This time I want to indicate with a brief explanation that is timely and I was trying to do in each screenshot of the 3d max viewport.
-Taking the volume to the ‘body‘ of the car.
-Finishing the basic shape of the body and uniting the edges of the tires.
Perform a simetry (Attrib Simetry 3d Max: copy of objects in a given axis) to copy the finished tire at each end so that it can independently form the clay cap. Besides the clay cap front and the back most of the time have different designs.
The uniqueness of this model is that the front of the car looks really back, because it is narrow with respect to the other end. In this case I am moving the front giving it the form of a Wolswagen.
I am starting a 3d modeling project car that appears in Spielberg‘s film Minority Report, as well as custom way to remember the techniques learned in this digital art, since it had been so long without starting a job of this type.
The above is the full scale car. I think it’s a demo but they think mass produced in the near future. I could not find many pictures of all views.
